As a result of the Halal Institute’s commitment to the assurance of halal certification, it understands that one of the fundamental pillars is the qualification of all its employees in all aspects related to quality and food safety, which are so closely related to the halal concept. For this reason, a training activity on the international standard ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management Systems took place on 6 and 7 March at the facilities of the Halal Institute. This activity was given by DNV, a reference entity in the agri-food sector.
